As winemakers, Harry Bloom and Ernie Field were brilliant. As partners, they were a disaster. So different in body, mind and soul that it was a miracle they could produce anything, much less the best cabernet in Napa Valley. Their arguments were as full-bodied as their finest vintage while their hatred for each other was fueled by their love for one woman - Field's wife, Darleen.

Read about the mystery fermenting at the Bloom Field winery: The sudden disappearance of Ernie Field, the testimony of Wino Joe and the local sheriff's suspicions. Next, assemble the 1000 piece puzzle to discover the hidden clues. Let your nose filter out the red herrings and solve "Foul Play & Cabernet". Beware! The puzzle is different from the box cover. Assembled puzzle measures approximately 23 x 29 inches.

Recommended for 1 or more players, ages 15+.

Contents include: 1000 Puzzle Pieces, Story Booklet

Pieces incomplete/extra

We tackled the Foul Play & Cabernet Mystery puzzle. In the end there was one piece missing, plus two extras (one duplicate corner, one that did not fit anywhere). There were an enormous number of all black pieces. And we found a number of near-duplicates: they fit "almost". So not the greatest puzzle: more care should be given to getting the pieces right.

Hi!
I'm so sorry you are missing pieces to your Foul Play & Cabernet Classic Murder Mystery puzzle! That is a really hard puzzle with all the black pieces and no picture to complete it - I believe it is the most challenging of the Classic Murder Mystery puzzles! Please contact me (Leslie) at orders@areyougame.com so we can take care of this issue for you.

Made our Christmas

this was a great Christmas activity for our family of older and younger adults. Some were particularly intrigued with the story and debating the meaning of every plot twist; some were more into puzzling, but everyone did aspects of both and it led to some great and hilarious conversations and theories. The puzzle quality was very good, which was key for our more discerning puzzlers. Gave us a great afternoon and morning activity. A winner.
