On this episode of Hanayama Bingo, I teach you how to solve the level 2 Hanayama "MEDAL" cast metal puzzle! It feels like it should be easy, but it's a LOT harder than it looks... You have to navigate through not just one, but TWO puzzles (sometimes at the same time!).

"Two ancient looking medals engraved with a flowing river and a swimming salmon. Will you be able to retrieve the ring the salmon holds in its mouth? This puzzle was designed by British puzzle creator, James Dalgety, after the legend of the Salmon, which figures on the coat of arms of Glasgow City. The theme of this puzzle is "Legend". Hanayama cast metal brain teasers have 6 levels of difficulty and each puzzle is Mensa-rated. Level 2 puzzles are considered fairly easy by most puzzlers."
