I am a collector of the Disney 3D puzzles and I received an incorrect puzzle in my order and I sent a message asking if I returned the incorrect puzzle I could get the correct puzzle. They went above and beyond and made sure I received what I ordered. The company told me I could keep the incorrect puzzle and would send the correct one upon receiving the right puzzle they sent another puzzle that went with the puzzle I ordered! I was so pleased and I will definitely be ordering more puzzles from the website!
