When I originally ordered the item, I ordered with two other puzzles. When the package arrived, the genie puzzle was missing so I messaged customer service. Customer service was amazing and took care of the issue immediately and I got the puzzle within a few days so I could not say enough nice things about their customer service. The puzzle came with a mini instructions list which was nice to reference when having to put the puzzle back together (it's fallen apart a couple times thanks to my clumsiness). Overall it's a nice that I decided to pair next to the 3d magic lamp.
