Missing parts

I really like your puzzles. However, they are unclear and do not provide a number to call when parts are missing. So what to do? I guess I just don't finish this particular piece. Not good customer service.

I got this car of the lot for a few dollars. This classic is a girl magnet…I can barely drive downtown without the ladies making me stop to get their numbers…this car is unstoppable. You better get one before they are all gone…
