Updated Review

I had reviewed my packing experience earlier, and wanted to provide an update on this. I received a quick response from the AreYoUGame.com team and they not only contacted the warehouse about packaging improvements, but they also remedied the situation by replacing the games that had damaged boxes and they threw in a couple of extra games as a bonus. I give the products 5 stars but also the great customer service.

I am so sorry to hear your order arrived to you damaged!

I’ve already spoken to our warehouse supervisor who is currently re-training our new warehouse employees the right amount of packing paper to add to the boxes.

Which of the games in your order need replacing? I will be sure to get them to you as soon as I hear back!

Please email me at orders@areyougame.com and we will get you the replacements!
Kind regards,
Leslie Stevenson
