This Blue Dutch Blitz Expansion Pack is a new edition of the vonderful goot Classic Green game that allows you to play with up to 8 players! You can play using only this New Blue pack - just like Classic Green - with up to 4 players, OR combine the two packs to play with 5, 6, 7, or 8 players. Outta control! So, what makes the Blue deck different? It's simply a reinvention of the Classic Green boxed game that you know and love, with the colors of the 4 decks' designs (carriage, bucket, pump, and plow) switched to enable more players. Yes, it's that simple and that awesome.

Dutch Blitz is a highly interactive, highly energetic, family-friendly card game that will test your skills, smarts and speed. It's the kind of game that makes your brain work really hard. But because you're having so much fun, you won't even notice. Perfect for parties and family game nights, Dutch Blitz has been a favorite of card players for decades - and it's more popular today than ever.

The game consists of four decks of 40 cards each, and can be played by two, three or four persons. Each of the four decks has a different design: pump, carriage, pail and plow. Each player builds three basic groups of cards in front of him from which he will play the game. The groups of cards placed in position are referred to as the Post, Blitz and Wood piles. The objective of the game is to accumulate points by building as many cards in sequence, 1 through 10, in the same respective colors in the center Dutch Piles using as many cards as possible from Blitz Pile. The first player to exhaust his Blitz Pile has "Blitzed" his opponents and ended the hand. Cards for placement in the Dutch Piles can also be drawn from a player's Post and Wood piles. Several hands must be played until a total of 75 points is accumulated by any one player, who then wins the game. Speed is essential in winning since everyone plays at the same time! Dutch Blitz is a fast-moving, exciting game for everyone.

Recommended for 2-4 players, ages 8+.
